Returns
This products are made specially for you when you send the order. Because of that we are unable to process returns for non damaged or wrong size items. Thank you for your understanding.

Wrong size
•If you received a size different from what you ordered, we will exchange it at no cost to you. If we request the return of the item for verification, it must be in its original, unused condition. Once we receive it and confirm its condition, a replacement will be sent out.

Lost package
•Once your package has been shipped, the shipping service takes responsibility for its delivery. Please ensure that you’ve provided the correct information. If you believe you did and still encounter an issue, contact us with your order number. We'll do our best in our limited power.

Proof
•Whenever possible, we recommend recording the unpacking process for any order. A video serves as the strongest evidence in case of damage, but photos are also useful in most situations.
Damage
•If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days. While defects are very rare, if you provide evidence, we will do our best to replace the item at no cost to you.
•We cant receive the item if have been altered in any way.
•The item(s) have been worn or washed.
•The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
What if I introduced the wrong address?
• If you mistakenly enter the wrong shipping address and your item is lost, it may be returned to our warehouse. If the item is returned and you wish to have it shipped to the correct address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Order Not Received
•Before reaching out to us, we recommend contacting your local post office to inquire about your order. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, wait a couple of days and check with your neighbors, as parcels are sometimes misdelivered by postal workers.

Buyer’s Remorse
•No refunds will be issued for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Please do not email us requesting a refund because you regret your purchase. All garment details, including sizing, materials, and quality, are provided on the product page. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this information before making a purchase.

Refused packagesï‚§
•If you refuse a shipment from 9SAGA for whatever reason, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, customs duties to re-import the package (for international orders) that are incurred on the package, and the cost of return to our office. If any of these fees are incurred, the amount will be deducted from your return amount.
