  • 9SAGA is operated by Ardelean Samuel, an individual (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). We offer custom-printed clothing products through a third-party print-on-demand provider.

2. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not use our services.

3. Products:

  • Our products are print-on-demand clothing items. Each product is made to order.

  • We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products; however, slight variations in colors and designs may occur due to different screen settings or the printing process.

4. Pricing:

  • ​All prices are displayed in euro and are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

  • The displayed price does not include VAT, which will be added at checkout based on the customer's location.

  • Taxes and shipping fees may apply, depending on your location.

​5. Payments:

  • We accept payments through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal etc.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement.

6. Shipping and Delivery:

  • Our shipping and delivery details are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance procedures.7. Order Processing and Cancellation

  • Orders are processed once payment is received.

  • Since products are custom-made, cancellation requests must be made 12 hours after placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.

 

8. Returns and Exchanges:

  • Our returns and exchanges details are outlined in our Returns and Refund Policy.

  • As our products are custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us 14 days of receiving the item to arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Proof of purchase and photos of the defect/damage will be required.

  • All content on our website, including product designs, text, images, and logos, is owned by 9SAGA or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our permission.
